The painting represents the sunset in the snowy mountains, reflected on the surface of the water. The landscape, largely modified by the subconscious and the imagination, is presented as an abstraction. The black background expressively shows the contrast of the image, the work is based on the play of light and shadow. Voluminous and rough-textured strokes, which can be literally touched visually, are complemented by fine lines - this is a slight ripple in the water, symbolizing a prism of perception unique to each of us, self-knowledge and turning inward. In a word, reflection.
